HOW THE
MAIL-IN PROCESS WORKS

The 6-Step Process

1. ENQUIRE & GET YOUR QUOTE: Provide your make, model, year, HP, and a photo of the ECU. We confirm support, expected gains, and provide a fixed AUD quote.
2. REMOVE & PACKAGE YOUR ECU: Cowling off, ECU out (removal guide provided). Pack in an anti-static bag with a minimum of 5 cm padding on ALL sides in a sturdy box. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
3. SHIP IT INSURED & TRACKED: Use express post (Australia Post Express or StarTrack recommended), insured and tracked. Email us the tracking number so we know it's arriving.
4. WE TUNE ON THE DYNO BENCH: Arrival is confirmed the same day. We run a full fault scan, then flash and bench-verify your dyno-developed remap (typically 1 business day in-house).
5. EXPRESS RETURN SHIPPING: Your tuned ECU ships straight back express with tracking (1–3 business days to most of Australia).
6. REINSTALL, TEST & ENJOY: Plug it in, water test, and check your WOT RPM against the tune's target. Propping advice and after-tune support included. Return-to-stock reflash available at any time.
